Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had a convenient location near local bars and clubs, with rooms that had a small drinks fridge which was handy, though they could have been cleaner. The service was friendly and communicative, including the beautiful resident dog Violeta. Dining was excellent in the brightly painted inner courtyard, and the Swiss cheese was a nice touch.
The rooms are nicely decorated and cozy, but some lacked windows at eye level. The service was usually very helpful and in good spirits, though there was an incident of intrusive housekeeping. The dining options were good and satisfying, setting me up well for the day. The overall experience was a mix of positive and negative aspects.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. Although the location was perfect, offering easy access to museums and the bustling Avenida Central, the room on the ground floor felt a bit small and stuffy compared to the top floor room. The service was warm and welcoming, especially with Violeta, the friendly resident dog, but the lack of clarity on the room booking was a downside. The continental breakfast was tasty, but arriving late limited my experience. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
